five states: idle (start screen) · run · jump · slide · victory. drop in transparent GIFs — the game will billboard them in the 3D world.
obstacles & coin textures or .glb
three obstacle types — low (jump over), high (slide under), block (switch lanes) — plus the coin pickup. for each, either upload 6 face textures for a generated cube, or upload a .glb / .gltf model that overrides the cube. if a model is uploaded the textures are ignored.
